Yacht Description
Jambalaya was launched in 2002. Blending the best of traditional wooden boat construction with the latest nautical technology and luxuries, Jambalaya is a perfect combination of function, form and comfort. Crafted by master shipwrights on Carriacou island, This yacht is authentic and actual expression of the wooden ship building culture that once dominated the Caribbean. She is based at the beautiful island resort of Petit St. Vincent Resort which is at the heart of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Jambalaya can accommodate up to six passengers. The accommodation comprises one double guest master cabin that is spacious and light with its own entrance, toilet and shower, two double guest rooms with one toilet and shower, separate crews' cabin, a deck house saloon, large cockpit and lots of deck space.
Jambalaya is the first Antillean schooner to be made on Carriacou in many years, once one of the great centres of wooden boat construction in the Caribbean. Crafted by the last master shipwrights on the island, she is an authentic and actual expression of the wooden ship building culture that once dominated the Caribbean.

Jambalaya is the "dream come true" of Captain Jeff Stevens. She was launched in 2002 and is completely handcrafted from the woods grown on the islands of Grenada, Carriacou, Petit St.Vincent and mainland Guyana.
Jeff charters for Petit St.Vincent Resort year round so if you can catch him available for a weeks sailing it is an opportunity not to miss!
Your chef Cindy uses only the finest, freshest ingredients in preparing your meals every day.
She was Executive Pastry chef of the XV Beacon Hotel a luxury boutique hotel in Boston - voted one of the Top US Hotels by Conde Naste.
Her desserts have graced the tables of Phoenix restaurants such as Vincent's on Camelback, The Euro Café and Moon Valley Country Club.
