An imposing gingerbread style house perched on a hillside, providing spectacular views over the Grenadine Islands to mainland St. Vincent. The main house features comfortable open-plan living and dining areas and adjoining study/reading room, all adorned with magnificent trompe loeil. An exquisitely decorated grand circular staircase leads to four comfortable en suite bedrooms. The detached guest wing houses two en suite double bedrooms that open onto a covered verandah, and features its own separate pool complete with dining gazebo. Both the main house and guest wing are fully air-conditioned.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
