Perched 300 feet above the ocean with 360-degree views, this incredible villa epitomises the concept of indoor/outdoor living. Built as a complete circle around one of Mustique's premier hilltops, each bedroom has a different panorama. The villa has many dining and sitting areas nested within the lush interior gardens or on balconies overlooking golden beaches below. The main bedroom and sitting room, perfect for viewing the sunset, have completely open walls to the west with huge natural boulders retained as part of the structure. Three levels of natural stone pools connected with rivers and waterfalls are designed for family enjoyment.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
