Villa Description

Ultramarine is nestled on the water’s edge of L’Ansecoy Bay surrounded by white beaches and over one hundred palm trees. The villa has splendid views of the outer islands from the terrace. Lovely, custom-designed furnishings contribute to the sense of luxury and elegance. The freshwater pool, located in the centre of the terrace, provides a focal point for gatherings and activities at Ultramarine. Guests may relax by the pool and watch gentle waves breaking on the beach just a few feet away. L’Ansecoy Bay provide excellent windsurfing, snorkelling, swimming and sunning just steps from the terrace.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
