Villa Description

• Interior, exterior, walkways and gym. - Total approx 10,000 sq ft
• Located so as to provide beautiful views of the ocean, the sunny pool deck and the large infinity edge pool are in a fantastic position featuring natural river stones (a pool liability wavier is required).
• On the south side of the villa are the dining room, lounge and TV room. To the west side of the property is the south facing Master bedroom with luxurious bathroom with whirlpool bath. On the east side of the property are four bedrooms, two on the ground floor and two on the lower floor.   - French doors from the lounge and dining rooms lead out onto the pool area.
• The Interior features Balinese style cathedral ceilings, polished hardwood floors, as well as a spacious air-conditioned kitchen.
• Rooms: 2 x king size beds, 1 x 2 queen size beds, 2 x twin beds. All en-suite. N.B. The one with 2 queen size beds in it usually only has two people staying in it at any one time.
• One of the bathrooms includes a whirlpool bathtub.
• Also in the property are an ice machine, dishwasher and washing machine - the maid can do washing on your behalf. The house maid, will be on-hand between 8am and 3pm – and other times can be arranged.
• Tree Frog also features a gym/games room with a pool table & a table tennis table, a running machine, free weights and cycling machine. The gym also has cable TV.

Villa Staff

• Jane the house maid is usually available from 8am to 3pm. These times can be changed if requested.
• Also any other staff can be arranged if requested.
• Cooks can be arranged for catering inside the villa.
• Amber Belair is a security guarded gated community
• Full-time maid, and at extra cost various services can be arranged including breakfast cooks, laundry service, babysitting, chefs, additional waiting staff etc.
