Villa Description

Set in its own bay, Sleeping Dragon provides exceptional views of the sea and is surrounded by five acres of gardens. The villa features a full gym, a 70-foot pool, large sundecks and two huge gazebos, perfect for dining and resting. The villa itself is a luxurious blend of classical Chinese and Caribbean architecture and furnishings. The villa comprises a large center hall and two one hundred-foot verandahs front and back, four spacious and very private master bedroom suites and a children’s pavilion with separate bedrooms for children and nannies, all of which are air conditioned, plus a separate dining pavilion. A staff of six, including an experienced butler and an outstanding cook, discretely provide all amenities. Two vehicles are provided. Sleeping Dragon is ideal for families or couples.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
