Villa Description

Simplicity is 200 feet from the pale pink coral sand and the aquamarine sea of Pasture Bay, and a short walk through the woods to Simplicity Beach. There are three double bedrooms, each separate and private. The living room, dining loggia and pool have panoramic views of the bay and Rabbit Island. At Simplicity one falls asleep to the sound of the surf, and awakens to the sound of birdsong. All rooms catch the gentle tropic breeze. Jasmine, frangipani and tuberoses scent the villa, court and garden.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
