Villa Description

Serenissima is a peaceful, enchanting Balinese-style villa situated at the top of a marvelous green valley which once was a cotton plantation. It commands magnificent views of both the Caribbean Sea and the Atlantic, and the neighbouring Grenadine Islands. The house surrounds a lily pond and a beautiful tropical garden which give the impression of living outdoors, even when one is in the vast living room, in one of the four bedroom suites, decorated with Balinese antiques, or by the large stone swimming pool. Each bedroom has its own private verandah overlooking Macaroni Beach, which is only a few minutes walk away. A garden path leads to a gazebo perfect for admiring the sunset and enjoying cocktails.

Grenadine Escape Villa Guests in Mustique receive:

  • Free Boat Charter - 31ft Luxury Speedboat Charter Boat for one day.
  • Lunch for two at Jacks Beach Bar on Princess Margaret Beach in Bequia

 

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
