Serendipity standing three stories tall with over 3,000 sq ft square feet of living space, (sleeps max. 8) sits majestically on the hill overlooking Spring Bay on the eastern side of Bequia. The house, accessed by a private road, stands three stories tall and has a multitude of amenities to ensure your comfort during your stay.
As you walk down the stairs leading to the front door, you are welcomed by a magnificent view of Spring Bay.

This is a retreat where body and mind can truly relax - a place where stress is forgotten and everyday worries seem miles away.

Serendipity was completed in the Summer of 2001 as a private rental for discerning travelers who truly enjoy the best life has to offer.

The house, standing three stories tall with over three thousand square feet of living space, sits majestically upon the hill overlooking Spring Bay on the eastern side of Bequia.

Enjoy waking in the morning to warm, tranquil breezes drifting in from the Atlantic. Take in the view of the sparkling blue water and distant islands from one of the three verandahs. Retreat to the pool for an afternoon of sunbathing, swimming, napping or reading. Watch the beauty of the sunset and the rising of the moon.

The downstairs, or main living area, features a full-size kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining area, two large air conditioned bedrooms, three baths ( one with a Jacuzzi tub) and a south east facing verandah with unobstructed views over the coconut groves and ocean below. For entertainment if you are not in the pool or on the beach, neither reading nor snoozing there is table tennis here in the house and cable TV.
The top floor of Serendipity is reached by a spiral staircase in the living room. This floor features the air conditioned master bedroom, bath with a Jacuzzi tub, and private verandah and a living area with a desk, telephone and a sofa bed which can sleep a further two guests.
Each of the three verandahs face southeast toward Spring Bay.

Beach & Garden
The house is set on 1/2 acre of tropical garden, very private and utterly quiet. Industry Bay is great for snorkeling in the calm Winter months and Spring Bay is stunning set within the huge coconut grove. Fantastic swimming beaches are within 10 minutes drive away.

There are two nearby restaurants ( Spring Hotel and Cresent Beach Inn) both 5 minutes drive away. Over 25 more restaurants are within 10 minutes drive away.
