The living room and formal dining room feature a spectacular view of the islands of St. Vincent and Bequia, and the aquamarine water of the Caribbean Sea. You can also enjoy this tranquil and majestic view from any of the verandahs adjacent to each bedroom suite. Seascape also features two freshwater swimming pools, beautifully landscaped walkways, an al fresco gazebo for your casual dining pleasure, and a beach affording utmost privacy.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
