The Princess Margaret Estate comprises two large villas set within 1.5 acres of excellent beachfront land on Bequia’s west coast. Fanned by palms, tropical flowers and thoughtful landscaping they dominate the best beach on Bequia. The swimming pool deck and nearly all rooms have excellent sunset views. The properties have recently had wonderful renovation they are thoughtfully equipped and interior design is tropical.
There are lots of verandas private and shared off bedrooms and living areas. The pool deck here has recently been widened and a gazebo added. The Property Manager and island guide is on hand to give advice and assist with arranging island activities. He runs a water taxi service which is a great way of hopping about. Here you are only 5 minutes from two more swimming beaches, water sports, sailing and tennis facilities plus all the boutiques, restaurants and markets of the islands international yachting harbour, Port Elizabeth.

Flamingo Interior
Ground Floor: King size bedroom w/ en suite, Kitchen, Living room. Ocean Verandas off the living room, back patios and path to the swimming pool.
First Floor: Master bedroom, air conditioned with a private garden patio. En suite bathroom with bath tub.
Lower Ground Floor: Annex room en suite with double bed, private balcony facing the sea, tv, dvd player.

Turtle Point Interior
Ground Floor: Two en suite bedrooms, Kitchen, Living room, Ocean Verandas off the living room, back patios and path to the swimming pool. First bedroom: Queen size bedroom air conditioned w/ en suite bathroom, Second bedroom: Twin bed that, can be zipped to become a king bed, air-conditioned.
Romantic loft: Third bedroom with a queen sofa bed. The room is totally enclosed with its own en suite bathroom and a spectacular balcony, the largest in the villa. This bedroom also includes a television.
Lower Ground Floor: Fourth bedroom: Annex room, a self contained suite air conditioned, w/ double bed and en suite bathroom, mini refrigerator, hot plate and electric kettle, private balcony facing the sea, TV, DVD player.

Beach & Garden
The swimming pool (20 x 12’) has a large, wide deck, barbecue, gazebo and outdoor dining table, a smaller drinks table and swimming floats. The pool is separate from the villa accessed by a garden path and viewed from the Turtle Point bedroom on the main floor.

There are over 25 restaurants nearby and within easy walking distance.

Arrival and Stay details
An open style taxi meets you at Bequia airport and it is a fifteen-minute drive to Princess Margaret Estate. Transfers are payable locally.
A meal is prepared for your arrival and groceries ordered will have been packed away.

Within 5 minutes drive from the house are tennis courts, scuba shops, a hobie cat sailing school, deep seas fishing charters, reggae rum shops, casual cafes and restaurants. Other fun and interesting islands; Mustique, St. Vincent, Canouan, Union, Tobago Cays. There are waterfalls, Disney film locations, 32 islands and cays of the Grenadines to explore, excellent reef snorkelling, exotic bird species, batik boutiques, animal sanctuaries and in St. Vincent the oldest botanical gardens on the western hemisphere.

Staff
Each villa has housekeeper visiting 5 days per week and house manager ‘Winston Simmons’ is available 7 days per week.
