Villa Description

Interior, exterior, pool, deck and walkways, equal a total of approx 4,500 sq ft
Located in Prickly Bay near The Calabash Hotel (where villa guests can use various facilities free of charge)
The villa includes a large infinity pool and pool area (pool liability wavier required).
On the south side of the property are two west facing bedrooms. The upper bedroom has a king four poster bed and the ground floor bedroom has twin beds.
Both bedrooms are en-suite and have TV, cable box, iPod docking station and DVD player.
Both bedrooms also have air-conditioning and fans.
The open lounge leads to steps down to the extensive pool and deck with the west facing dining room.
Balinese style cathedral ceilings, polished hardwood floors, spacious air-conditioned kitchen.

Villa staff

The house-maid is usually available from 8am to 3pm. These times can be changed if requested.
Also any other staff can be arranged if requested.
Cooks can be arranged for catering inside the villa.
Amber Belair is a security guarded gated community
Full-time maid, and at extra cost various services can be arranged including breakfast cooks, laundry service, babysitting, chefs, additional waiting staff etc.

Villa features

A selection of restaurants and shops are within ten minutes drive.
A short drive away is the picturesque island capital St. George's, as well as Grand Anse beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets and the airport.
Villa accepts weddings and honey-mooners and can provide extra services.
We will have someone from our service management company located on-island to meet with a taxi or rental car (if renters requested a jeep)

Damage deposit: US$1,000.00. This is refundable after departure inspection. Booking periods: Over Christmas and New Year a 14 night booking period applies. Rates: Rates are in US$, quoted on a weekly basis and include daily maid cleaning service and a 1st breakfast welcome pack. 10% tax is added to the rates on booking. New in 2011: the adult villa guests will receive one complimentary dinner at Rhodes Restaurant as well as one complimentary head, neck & shoulder massage or a foot massage at the Heaven and Earth Spa.
