Built of native stone and wood, and discreetly scattered over hillsides, cliffs and beaches, these cottages make you feel more like a guest in someone’s home rather than a tourist in a resort. Each one has stunning views of the breathtaking vistas of Petit St. Vincent and the southern Grenadines, while offering tranquility and privacy.

Coming perhaps from the noisy, stress-filed world, waking up to the morning sounds of a private island is soothing: waves, birds and breezes greet you without the disruption of modernity. No TV, phones or Internet in the cottages give you ample room to enjoy the company of a good book, your own thoughts or a loved one.

Covered pavilions create a large open air living and dining area between the two bedrooms, overlooking new decks and the beach, while offering perfect seclusion and shelter from the sun. Each bedroom has its own large bathroom. The master room boasts a king size bed and the second room is outfitted with two queen size beds.

Large patios and open-air structures invite the trade winds breeze, while comfy hammocks and lounge chairs make every day a perfect lazy Sunday afternoon, Caribbean style.

At the elegant main restaurant and bar overlooking the harbor, you can expect a fresh and varied menu cooked to perfection by our executive chef and his team.
While centered on locally caught or grown ingredients, the menu includes imported high quality meats and other items that you’d be hard pressed to find elsewhere in these islands. We will do our best to accommodate dietary requests and substitute ingredients when available. Ultimately we pledge to deliver a satisfying range of choices to please the most discerning palates and offer healthy, good food.

All cottages are outfitted with American standard power outlets with output of 110V, 60Hz. Some creature comforts have been added: refrigerated minibars, Nespresso coffeemakers, Bose iPod docks, quiet bedroom air-conditioning units, blow-dryers, and irons are standard in every cottage. The office can supply outlet adaptors on request. High quality linens, furniture, fixtures, and lighting are in place to ensure you feel cozy.

Rental Price Includes

Three meals per day, all non–alcoholic beverages, early morning coffee and afternoon tea, room service, and use of all non-motorized water sports and facilities on the island.

Rental price does not include
  • An additional 10% VAT (government tax) and 10% service charge per room, per night totaling 20%
  • Barbados Airport, Security Service Tax of US $15 per person or US $30 per person for stopovers of 6 hours or more. For your convenience we will handle this fee and add the cost to your final checkout bill.
  • Any portion of air travel. The scheduled connecting flight between Barbados and Union Island is $190.00 per person one way and is arranged on a share basis with guests arriving on any given day grouped for a common departure time. Flying time is 55 minutes. Airline rates are subject to change without notice, and will be charged at cost according to current airline fares.
  • Return transfer from Union Island airport to Petit St. Vincent is charged an additional $35 per guest.
