Villa Description

Perfectly placed as a tribute to its namesake, this beautiful Mediterranean villa is idyllically set high above Macaroni with its own Nature Trail which leads directly to the beautiful white sand beach below . Built in a series of pavilions, the Villa boasts a sophisticated living room with wrap around veranda and hanging balcony. A separate media entertainment room is also available for guest use .

The majority of our provisions are ordered on the mainland of Saint Vincent although there is an on island grocery store and fish market. Food and beverages can be pre-ordered prior to your arrival and menus, special dietary requirements and requests can be discussed before your vacation with the Villa rentals office. Order lists for food and beverages can be sent with your booking confirmation or alternatively you can wait until your arrival and discuss your preferences with the chef or the butler once on island. All shopping and food and beverage orders will be collected by your villa staff on your behalf and every effort will be made to meet your requests.

Vanessa Francis-Lewis has been at Macaroni Beach House since 2009. She received most of her training in Trinidad at the John Donaldson Technical Institute, YMCA and Serve All Life Centre. She specializes in Caribbean and International Cuisine.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.

The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.

10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
