L'Amitie (sleeps max. 4) is the penthouse apartment within Fort Recovery Villa, featuring magnificent high beamed ceilings & sweeping panoramic views. It’s garden is a crescent shaped beach with green peninsula and coral reef protecting the swimming shores. Set it in quiet surrounds on Bequia's precious Friendship Bay with such wonderful interior touches L'Amitie is a gorgeous choice for those guests wanting more intimate accommodation on this small beach resort. The Villa is at the far south end of Friendship Beach a fabulous swimming and windsurfing beach.

What is included
Price includes staff as indicated with each villa. Arrival food, although pre-arranged, is paid locally. Where indicated some villas are available at reduced prices when not at maximum occupancy.

RENTAL INCLUSIVE OF STAFF:

  • The house keeper cleans the house and will be on-site 7 days per week. She will change linen, clean the kitchen, sweep and tidy up throughout the day.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 25% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 75% is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is five nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.
