Villa Description

Whispers Villa sits within ¾ acres of private grounds, perched on a hillside overlooking the Grenadine islands. The beach is less than 10 minutes’ walk away.

The villa was completed in 2008, and has two levels.

Three double bedrooms, two have z beds which are zipped together and can be made into twins if required.

The upper level boasts two air-conditioned en suite double bedrooms, either end of an attractive open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Both bedrooms, and the living area, open directly to the spacious wraparound verandah and pool deck, featuring a 25’ infinity pool and jacuzzi, both with breaktaking views.

On the lower level is a third bedroom, also air-conditioned and en suite, complete with its own living area and small kitchen – making it ideal for staff or for members of the party requiring their own space. This suite has its own verandah, again with views over the Grenadines, and has stepped access to the upper pool deck. Both levels are equipped to the highest standards.

RENTAL INCLUSIVE OF STAFF:

General manager and pool maintenance (full time and always on call)
Cleaning maid (5 hours per day with weekends off)
Gardener (5 hours per day with weekends off)
The maid cleans the house and will be on-site 5 days per week from about 9:00am to 3:00pm. She will change linens, clean the kitchen, sweep and tidy up throughout the day.

COOKING:

The maid may also be willing to cook meals if you desire, but will require extra compensation, to be negotiated separately between you and Joy. Daily cooking prices is US$ 100 per day excluding food costs.

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 25% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 25% deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining 75% is required 60 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is five nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply.
