Recently featured in Architectural digest, fortunate guests can watch the sunrise and sunset from this new Contemporary Colonial style villa with sweeping vistas off the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean.

An expansive wrap-around verandah and well-appointed media room make Aurora an ideal home for families. Central to the house is the stunning feature pools one large swimming pool a smaller plunge pool and long shallow children's pool - all connected.

Aurora consists of 3 very large bedroom suites (2 doubles, 1 twin), drawing room (great room), dining gazebo and media room.

All bedrooms and the media room are air conditioned.

Nestled in the grounds is a separate cottage with its own plunge pool, a lovely private hideaway.Jasmine is a 2 bedroom independent cottage with a sitting room, terrace, garden and exotic stone boulder plunge pool.

There is also the option for guests to expand the villa’s capacity from three ensuite, air conditioned bedrooms to four.

Your staff are superlative – the best I’ve encountered on the island. They looked after us beautifully with both efficiency and good humour. But I fear we kept poor Tyrone busy because once we’d sampled his food we weren’t too interested in ever eating out!

Deposits

Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 20% deposit. However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until 8 months or 240 days prior to the date of arrival, at which time the 20% deposit becomes non-refundable. A further payment of 40% is required and becomes non-refundable 6 months or 180 days prior to the date of arrival. The remaining 40% of the rental is due 3 months or 90 days prior to the date of arrival and is immediately non-refundable. Deposits on a villa rental will not be refunded if a visit is delayed or cancelled because of transportation difficulties. Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance. The minimum period for a reservation is seven nights. Over certain holiday periods, a further minimum stay may apply. 10% tax and 8% admin fee will be added to bills.
