Barbados, Grenada and St. Lucia all have international airports. The major international gateways to St. Vincent & The Grenadines from North America and Europe are Barbados, Grenada, Trinidad, St. Lucia, Martinique and Puerto Rico.

LIAT flies into St. Vincent and the Grenadines from Barbados, Trinidad, Martinique and Grenada. (cheapest way to access the Grenadines but you need to take a ferry from here to Bequia or speedboat to the other islands.) The ferry takes an hour from St. Vincent to Bequia. LIAT air tickets from Barbados to St. Vincent (in the Grenadines) cost approx. US$ 150 each way. Ferry Tickets for St. Vincent to Bequia are bought at the Kingstown ferry wharf and cost approx. US$ 10 each way.

MUSTIQUE AIR AND SVG AIR (approx. US$ 200 each way in to the Grenadines) fly daily into Bequia,  Mustique, Canouan and Union Island.
