Chris North. UK Sights n Sounds - Bequia March 2013		Sights and Sounds villa is the perfect place to escape a hectic world. Its position above Hope Beach and looking towards Mustique is stunning. The villa itself is spacious and beautifully finished and furnished. It harmonizes with the island surroundings and makes the best of its position. The best bit was the welcome given by Lucille of Grenadine Escape and the staff of the villa. They made it feel as though we were staying in our own home. As for Bequia, well I have fallen in love with it. I am torn with keeping it a secret and telling everyone about it. Already planning a return.

We really had a great time and everything went very smoothly thanks to your great organisation. Chris and Doleen where great and we felt very well taken care of. We loved the island and will hopefully return someday maybe with some friends next time. Cathy Swingland, U.K. Dragonfly - Bequia November 2012		Lucille, a huge thank you for all you did to make our holiday such a success. The arrangements were all put together perfectly and efficiently , we could not have asked for more. We had a wonderful time at Dragonfly and we really loved the island. First the island... stunning scenery which is unspoiled and dramatically beautiful, even where it has been built upon. Pretty in places, wild in places, and appealingly a little rough around some of the edges so it does not feel like its presenting too much of a 'prepared' surface to visitors. The islanders ( little kids, old ladies, fishermen, young Rasta guys...) seemed to genuinely welcome us when meeting on the road/ beach/ pathway, they were kind , helpful and fun, which made it even more of a pleasure to explore. And there is a lot to explore as the terrain of the island makes it much bigger than it appears at first. Gideon's handover lesson about our 4WD and low ratio gears was very much needed !! The lack of litter anywhere is perhaps a small point but shows people are taking a pride in the place. The places and things we loved would be a very long list. It is a very special place and we hope you lucky islanders can hang onto all that over the years under inevitable pressure from more of us visitors... Dobson. U.K. Burke House - Bequia March 2012		Before our fab holiday becomes a distant memory I thought I’d get this email to you! Our experience with you and Lucille at Grenadine Escape was second to none. You both looked after us exceptionally well with no moans or annoyance at the constantly changing spec. Your recommendations and help were utterly invaluable and very much appreciated: from flight panics to lost phones, ensuring a hire car was at the airport to meet us and sorting a driving licence for us. Our first week at Burke House was truly magical. Not only is the location absolutely stunning but the house really encompasses the true Bequia feel: relaxed, genuine and unique. No, it does not have the hot and cold running comforts some people expect and yes, there are a lot of stairs but we firmly believe that it is the better for it. Besides with views like that (including the loos and showers!), who cares! We are also utterly in love with Marva. The way she looked after us was exceptional: from subtle, surreptitious housekeeping to advice on buying lobster at the fish market, Marva’s help was invaluable. She really was the icing on an already scrumptious cake. Thank you again for all your amazing help and a wonderful holiday.

The Chans - Bali House, Bequia & ti'Soleil, Mustique Ti Soleil - Mustique February 2012		First of all thank you for making all the arrangements for what we both described as a holiday of a lifetime.Although we have rented houses and villas in Europe and North America, this was the first time we had done so in the CaribbeanAll the travel arrangements ran so smoothly thanks to your expertise and you have an absolute treasure in Lucille who is as knowledgeable as she is charming. We appreciated little things she did, such as arranging for the boat to pick us up at Princess Margaret Beach when it was delayed on the last day in Bequia rather than have us sit around with our luggage packed in a cleared and cleaned house! Mustique and ti'Soleil were spectacular in every way. I am so glad that we came to it after Baliceaux House rather than before as anything after it would have had a very hard job competing with its perfection. The staff of Hyacinth, Dawn and Jeffrey work phenomenally hard to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that their guests have a wonderful time. The villa is beautiful and the island has memorable beaches. We fell in love and will certainly want to return either with a few friends to ti'Soleil, or if in a multi-family group to one of the larger villas.
The Camerons, London. U.K. Tranquility - Bequia February 2012		Well we had the best time ever and loved Bequia everybody was so nice and Lucille was great. Would love to see you at some point Kirsty has offered supper at her flat for you Molly and me and we could have a chat. We think we will want to go back next year for New Year but Moonhole was wonderful but quite a long way from everything so I want a house ideally above Princess Margaret Beach if at all possible and again only four rooms but would love to meet you and just generally discuss. Julian Vaughan, UK Hummingbird - Grenada January 2012		Grenada is a great holiday location, it suited us really well. The lack of large scale corporate tourist brands creates a nice authentic feel. I grow up in Jamaica and have travelled lots of the Caribbean but have never spent much time in Grenada. So it was a real pleasure to spend time on a island that felt like Jamaica was and sadly is no more. We felt the kids were safe, the beaches were great and the calabash services combined with the villa was perfect. We will definitely bear grenadine escapes in mind for our next visit.

Lusan made us feel truly welcome, Sasha and Hyacinth looked after us brilliantly and Jed the parrot behaved impeccably. As a family we fell in love with the house -- the simplicity, the views, the cooling breeze and the always-deserted Moonhole Beach. Our boys (11 & 8) were in heaven -- swimming, fishing, iguana-hunting and exploring in total safety -- it was a though they were living in a Gerald Durrell novel for 3 weeks. As for the island -- we totally loved it and, like many I am sure, hope that it manages to preserve its unique combination of unspoilt and friendly comfort. We loved some of the wildness on the East coast, made great friends in the Rasta market and spent most evenings watching the sun go down from Princess Margaret Beach as we sipped rum punches...thank you for everything. You played a major part in giving us a truly unforgettable and extremely special time in our lives.
