Existing concrete access road to site (is being negociated by the sellers with their neighbours) this will provide underground electricity, telephone and cable. Water tanks for collection of rainwater are required in Bequia. Completion date TBA. Beaches: The land has view of Spring Beach and Crown Point. Next bay north is Industry Bay fabulous for snorkelling and to the north again, you have the beautiful Park Bay and Turtle Sanctuary. Park Bay has generated interest from developers for its potential for a beach villa or eco lodge development. There are off shore reefs around entire eastern side. The west coast beaches are less than 10 minutes drive away. Views are over stunning reef to the tiny offshore island at the end of Crown Point and then to the uninhabited islands of Balliceaux and Battoweya (see main photo page 1)

NEW DEVELOPMENT ­BOUTIQUE MUSTIQUE HOTEL AT SPRING BEACH.
In February 2007 Stan and Liz at the Firefly Mustique bought 30 acres including the Spring Hotel. They opened the bar,restaurant and hotel on February 28th and are resurfacing the tennis courts, re landscaping and claiming back the beach there.
