Each of these very private, open or air conditioned cottages are built in the French Creole or Gingerbread Style. Each has a large balcony with hammocks for 2 people, an exotic open air garden shower and a four poster king-size bed. The main pavilion holding the restaurant called Kai Manje (house of food), tropical bar, and fresh water pool – have panoramic uninterrupted views of the sea and sunset. A rambling wooden staircase leads to a beautiful cove with silver sands and crystal clear waters - a haven for snorkelers, scuba divers, and watersports enthusiasts. 'Nicolas Pinnock introduced his hotel to us with such immense passion we were quick to make a visit. I stepped out of the taxi to a wonderfully warm reception and was immediately taken aback by the sunset casting its reflections on the ocean in front on the main house.
