The Atlantis Hotel is an elegant historic property dating back to the 1800's. This boutique hotel is located in the quaint fishing village of Tent Bay, St. Joseph, overlooking the spectacular Atlantic Ocean.

The Atlantis Hotel is a rainbow-coloured ranch that’s been a hospitable Barbados hideaway for over a century: recently refurbished, it’s a stately slice of island history.

Completed in December 2009, the hotel now offers eight spacious rooms in the main building and two two-bedroom apartments next to the pool. The atmosphere at The Atlantis is uncomplicated yet stylish with its colonial furniture, vivid fishing boat colours and modern amenities.

The hotel has a lounge with library as well as a flatscreen TV, iPod dock and minibar in the rooms. In addition the pool is set in a ring of palms, with a flowerpot-filled garden, and the pool is lined with a sparkly turquoise mosaic!

CANCELLATION POLICY
We recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation fees which are as follows:

Yuletide/Winter/Spring Cancellations within: 45-30 days - 25%, 29-14 days - 75%, 13 days or less 100%
Summer Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, a charge of 3 nights room rate will be imposed
NO refunds will be made after guest arrival (year round)

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Yuletide/Winter/Spring - A 7 night deposit is required. For reservations of less than 7 nights, full payment is required.

Summer - A 3 night deposit is required
(April - December)

CHECKOUT TIME is 12 Noon
In the event where there is a late departure, we shall try our utmost to accomodate guests as best as possible. To guarantee a late checkout and use of the room, clients have the option to book their room for an additional night.

CHECKIN TIME is 1500hrs
Therefore early arrivals who wish to guarantee their accomodation to be available upon arrival have the option to pay for their night prior to actual early arrival.

Famed for its West Indian Sunday buffets, the restaurant excels in all things Bajan: flying fish fillets, conch patties, pickled seacat (octopus), pepperpot stew and breadfruit cheesecake. Black and white historic photos on the walls and plantation shutters keep it Caribbean.

The Atlantis has gathered a strong local following over the years for its famous Barbadian buffets served on Wednesdays and Sundays. Our chefs take pride in creating menus using only fresh local produce, seafoods and meats.

The restaurant is opened daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the exception of Sunday nights. Reservations are strongly encouraged especially for our buffets.
