Grenadine Escape Ltd is an independent company, which provides expert and unbiased advice on luxury property in the Caribbean
Our focus is on luxury villas for rentals and sale.
We also run Bequia Villa Management that provide professional,
bespoke services for each individual property. We operate on Bequia and have a
global network of sales agents.
THE TEAM
The team are all bright, hard working and well-connected individuals who have headed up and currently work along side highly regarded yacht and property consultancies (Savills, Knight Frank, Burgess Yachts.)
Grenadine Escape is owned and headed up by
Lara Cowan who has been handling development sales, individual homes for sale,
land and islands for sale in the Caribbean since 2000. She has specialist knowledge and
understanding of the Caribbean, in particular St. Vincent the Grenadines and
Grenada, having lived and worked in the region since 1997. She has worked with
highly regarded property consultancies Douglas and Gordon and Prestigious
Properties and has close connections to the contemporary art world and haute couture fashion industry having worked for several years with
Mario Testino. She works from the U.K. office and travels to the Grenadines
throughout the year. She has a
compassionate, warm nature and loves her work. “I find it incredibly
fulfilling, winning new, loyal and trusting friends at work and making their
lives better at the same time."

Mrs. Lucille Cozier
Lucille is our island ambassador, a compassionate, professional broker who has successfully closed deals during the years she has been back on home turf. As well as managing reservations and sales on the ground she is also Treasurer for the local charity Actions Bequia and Chair of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Tourism Board. She spent many years living in Canada is a Banker (Royal Bank of Canada). Lucille was born in Bequia and lives there with her yachtsman, husband Milton.
Mr. Isaac Legair
Mr
Legair holds an MA (with distinction) in Finance and Investment, a postgraduate
Diploma in Law (Wolverhampton University) and the LLM in Corporate and
Commercial Law (London School of Economics). He is a Fellow of the Chartered
Association of Certified Accountants (ACCA) and a member of the Society of
Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
He
qualified as a Barrister at the Inns of Court School of Law, London, and was
called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn (1997)
having completed full pupillage at 3 Verulam Buildings, Grays Inn and at the
Legal Department of Credit Agricole Indosuez, a City investment bank.
In 1997
he was admitted in St Vincent and the Grenadines as a barrister by the Eastern
Caribbean Supreme Court and similarly admitted in 2001 in the British Virgin
Islands.
Mr Legair has been a practising
barrister at the law firm Dennings (Barristers & Solicitors), St Vincent
and the Grenadines, since March 2003
Mr. Marco Bonini
Marco Bonini who comes from a family with a long tradition in the hospitality industry. His career started in restaurant and hotel management before moving in to sales management in the media sector—Caterer and Hotelkeeper Magazine at Reed Publishing, Golf World at New York Times Publications and five national newspapers at the Mirror Group. Marco’s successful track record in Caribbean real estate sales dates from 1997, as a Partner in Global Property Services in London and later, as Managing Director of Prestigious Properties, the UK’s market leading real estate brokers and marketing consultants for leisure real estate in the Caribbean.
Marco is based in London.
Mrs. Fiona Williams
Fiona Williams is a board member of the Charter Yacht Brokers Association. She grew up in Antigua and St. Lucia and operated the classic Caribbean charter yacht ‘ Dabulamanzi’ throughout the West Indies in the 1990’s. Fiona ran her own Yacht Charter services business from Bequia and has lived and sailed the four corners of the world including and worked within the luxury charter market in Ibiza, Monaco, Fiji, Mustique, St. Tropez, Antigua and the Turkish Coast. She invited Lara for her first taste of the Caribbean whilst Fi was living in Bequia she hosted Lara's family for a sailing holiday in 1993 when Lara was just 12.
Fiona is based in Hampshire.
